Processing & Shipping
All orders ship from one of our six Skiis&Biikes store locations. Orders will enter into processing on the next business day after they are placed and will be shipped in 1-3 business days. Skiis & Biikes does not ship on weekends or statutory holidays; orders placed on a Friday will enter into processing on the weekend and will be shipped the following week.
In certain cases your order may require additional processing time due to order size, product location and inventory status, or the volume of orders we are processing. In these situations we will notify you of the delay via email and adjust your shipping charge appropriately if necessary.
Domestic Shipping Services & Rates
All orders are shipped via UPS. Delivery timelines are given in business days. These rates apply to domestic shipments only.
2 - 4 Express Shipping $25.00
4 - 6 Day Expedited Shipping $15.00
6 - 10 Day Ground Shipping $10.00
"Signature Required Upon Delivery" service may be added for an additional charge of $3.00. Please contact our shipping desk directly at 1-877-352-7547 after you have placed your order if you would like to add this service.
If an item you order is oversized, overweight or especially fragile, a Skiis & Biikes representative will contact you and inform you of any extra freight or handling charges which may be required. Any additional charges are calculated based on the dimensional volume, weight and destination of the package.
Items Out of Stock
If an item is found to be unavailable due to a rare situation such as an inventory discrepancy or another factor, the item will be removed from your order and you will be notified. You will not be charged for any items that are not available. When you submit an order through our online store, your credit card is pre-authorized for the total cost of the ordered product(s), applicable taxes and shipping costs. When your order is shipped, Skiis & Biikes will charge an amount against the pre-authorization that reflects the total cost of the shipped product(s), applicable taxes and shipping costs. Items that are cancelled due to non-availability will not be included in the final charge to your card.
When your order ships, you will receive an email from Skiis & Biikes that includes a hyperlink to the UPS tracking information for your shipment. To ensure that you receive your Order Confirmation and shipping notification, please enter your email address carefully and accurately during checkout.
UPS Delivery Information
UPS delivers Monday-Friday during business hours. Deliveries are not made on weekends or statutory holidays.
In most cases, the UPS driver can leave shipments for you even if you're not available. "Driver Release" is a UPS residential delivery service through which - at the discretion of the delivery driver - a Package may be left at a private residence without obtaining a signature. Driver Release is only available in select areas.
If Driver Release is not available or appropriate for your location and you are not present when the driver attempts to deliver your shipment, you will be left a UPS InfoNotice. The UPS InfoNotice lists important information, such as if/when your driver will re-attempt delivery or whether a signature is required to release the package. It is the responsibility of the receiving party to contact UPS to coordinate time of delivery if it cannot be conducted during normal business hours.
On the back of the UPS InfoNotice, you will find instructions on rescheduling your delivery, having your shipment delivered to a different address, or arranging to pick up your shipment at a UPS Customer Center.
Please contact our shipping desk directly at 1-877-352-7547 if you would like to have a signature required upon delivery. There is an additional $3.00 charge for this service.
Delivery to a Remote Address
If the delivery address is in a remote location that does not receive regular UPS service, the delivery may be delayed or sub-contracted to another courier. The delivery timeline may be extended and/or an additional shipping charge may be applied. You will be contacted by a Skiis & Biikes representative if there are additional charges for your shipment. Any delivery delays or exceptions will be displayed in the UPS tracking information for your order. SKIIS & BIIKES
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Skiis & Biikes will gladly exchange or refund regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date at any of our store locations or through an online return. After this time, an exchange or credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days from the shipping date.
Exchanges can be made in-store within 30 days of shipping date. Exchanges cannot be made through the online channel.
Products must be unwashed, unworn and not damaged. All original tags and stickers must still be attached. The original invoice that was included with the original delivery must be sent with the return package in order to make a return.
The following exchange/return policy applies to sale items:
Products purchased at a 0-39% discount are eligible for the above stated Skiis & Biikes return policy.
Products purchased at a 40% discount or more are Final Sale.
All hand/toe warmers, goggle wipes, express wax, ski straps, swim wear, bicycle shorts, undergarments, worn/damaged products, and/or products that are otherwise labeled as final sale are final sale.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash unless required under applicable law. All returned items that were purchased using a Gift Card will be refunded as a credit onto a Gift Card.
"Signature Required" is applied to higher value packages for added delivery security and theft protection. If you do not want a “Signature Required” applied to your package please contact us directly after your purchase.
Canadian buyers be aware, you are subject to applicable government taxes (HST, GST, PST etc.)
Shipments occur within 1-2 working days of cleared payment and we work as hard as possible to get your package dispatched within 24hrs. We do not ship on weekends & major holidays.

How to Request a Return
1.Sign in to your account. If you placed your order as a guest, click Sign In and create an account with the email you used to place your order.
2. Click My Account and Account Dashboard
3. Click My Orders and find the order you wish to return
4. Click Request a Return beside the order you wish to return
5. On the Request a Return page, select the quantity for the items you would like to return, the reason(s) why you want to send your item back, and upload any pictures if applicable. Include any additional information you think we should know. If an item is faulty, please provide details why so we can pass it on to the manufacturer.
6. Review your returns information and click Request Return
We will review your return and notify you via email if your request was approved. You can also check the status of your Return Request in the Return Request Status tab of your account. Please allow 48 hours to receive a response. Once approved, we will send a pre-paid return label to your inbox.

4 Steps to Prepare
1. Pack your item(s) securely along with the original invoice.
2. Print the shipping we sent to your inbox.
3. Tape the shipping label to the top of your package. Be sure that all information on the label is visible and that barcodes can be easily scanned. Ensure that all other barcodes, labels, or addresses on your shipping packaging is removed or covered up.
4. Book a pick-up with UPS by going to UPS.com or calling 1-800-742-5877
Any original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Skiis & Biikes reserves the right to refuse returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items that are not received in the same condition in which they were sent out.

All International Shipments are shipped with UPS (3-5 Business Days). You are responsible for any duties and taxes your country may or may not charge.
UPS acts as the customs broker for your goods. If UPS asks for a COD or sends you a bill, this is NOT additional shipping costs, this charge is import taxes, duty, VAT and brokerage fees.
The Law forbids us from sending items marked as a "GIFT" or lower the indicated value.
If you have an issue with your product please don’t hesitate to email is at email@example.com. If you believe it is a manufacture defect and would like to inquire about a warranty send us an email and we can assist in the process. Gear shipments might be directed to our Mississauga store or some will go direct to the distributor. Depending on the situation, you might be credited the shipping costs.
If the product you would like to warranty was not purchased from Skiis & Biikes, a warranty fee will apply.
A detailed photo(s) of the defective product might be required (camera phone photos accepted).
We know your gear gets wet and dirty enjoying it outside, but please clean it off before sending it.
Price matches can be made 7 days from date of purchase. Credits will be issued in the form of a Refund. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your transaction number, product details and details on where the product was seen at a lesser price. We will match the complete price in the form of Refund for any difference. Complete price means the price the item sells for elsewhere and any differences in other costs involved in getting the item to you including International Duties and Taxes. The currency will be converted to Canadian dollars. The item must be same make, model, year, size, colour and must be available to ship to you immediately.
