Skiis & Biikes Return Policy
Skiis & Biikes offers a 14-day full refund return policy on all products unopened, intact, and unused. You must have your original receipt to claim a refund. All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Returns made after 14 days and before 30 days will be processed to a Gift Card that can be used either online or in-store. Exchanges can be made up to 30 days after purchase.
Returning Sale Products
Products purchased at a 0-29% discount are eligible for the above stated Skiis & Biikes Return Policy.
Products purchased at a 30-39% discount can be returned for a Gift Card credit.
Products purchased at a 40% discount or more are Final Sale.
Final Sale Products
No refunds or exchanges on swimwear, bicycle shorts, undergarments, worn or damaged product. Products purchased at a 40% discount or more are Final Sale.
Holiday Return & Exchange Policy
Purchases made from December 1st to December 24th, 2014 may be returned with the original receipt by Sunday January 11th, 2015. Holiday returns are eligible for an in-store credit or exchange. Refunds are only possible up to 14 days after the time of purchase. No returns or exchanges between December 26th and 31st, 2014.

Online Store Returns
The above stated Skiis & Biikes Return Policy applies to all online store purchases. Online purchases may also be returned or exchanged at any Skiis & Biikes location along with a printout of the original order receipt sent along with the delivery.
Skiis and Biikes can provide a FedEx Return Shipping Label with each shipment (marked RS on the label). Simply drop your return at a local FedEx/Kinkos or call FedEx at 1-800-GO-FEDEX to have your return package picked up at your location.
When the returned item is shipped back to us, please use the original Skiis & Biikes packing materials in which you received your order. If you ordered multiple items and are returning only one, we would ask that you choose a more appropriate sized carton.
Your refund will be applied once Skiis & Biikes receives the product. The item must be in the original condition as when it was purchased. Original condition means all tags and labels still remain, the product must not be used and all packaging must be original.
Deductions of up to 50% of the selling price may be made if the product is not in the original purchase packaging. If this is infact the case we will contact you and you will have the option of it returned to you or taking the deduction. If you wish it returned shipping charges will apply.
Your UPS Return Shipping Label will show which Skiis & Biikes location to return to. Please do not attempt to send your product back to the manufacturer. If there is a warranty related issue, Skiis & Biikes will contact the manufacturer for you and help with the process. See Warranties below.

How to Return Your Product
Call for an RA
Call our toll free number (1-877-352-7547), get your RA#. Write the RA# on the shipping label.
Label & Pick Up
Your return shipping label is pre-paid. Write the RA# on the shipping label. You do not have to pay extra for it, and you will not be charged when you take your package to be dropped off at a UPS Store or you can make arrangements to have your package picked up by UPS.
For all returns you will see a $10 flat Restocking Fee reflected in your refund. Example: If your item was $100, your return value will be $90 (-100.00 + 10.00 Restocking Fee). Taxes applied will be calculated on the net value of the refund.
Original Shipping Fees
You will not be refunded for any original shipping fees paid on your order.
If you need to exchange a product because you have ordered the wrong size, Skiis & Biikes will exchange it free of any Restocking Fee or exchange shipping fee. You will not pay for the return shipment to Skiis & Biikes or the shipment back to you unless there are additional shipping fees required to ship the item to you due to size/weight of the item or the shipping location. No refunds or exchanges on swimwear, bicycle shorts, undergarments, worn or damaged product.
Some special cases apply for oversize/overweight items or packages shipping from a remote location. Skiis & Biikes will contact you in these cases.
Price matches can be made 7 days from date of purchase. Credits will be issued in the form of Gift Card. Contact email@example.com with your transaction number, product details and details on where the product was seen at a lesser price. We will match the complete price in the form of an online gift card for any difference. Complete price means the price the item sells for elsewhere and any differences in other costs involved in getting the item to you. The item must be same make, model, year, size, colour and must be available to ship to you immediately.
All International Shipments are shipped with FedEx (3-5 Business Days). You, the buyer are responsible for any duties and taxes your country may or may not charge.
FedEx acts as the customs broker for your goods. If FedEx asks for a COD or sends you a bill, this is NOT additional shipping costs, this charge is import taxes, duty, VAT and brokerage fees.
"Signature Required" is applied to higher value packages for added delivery security and theft protection. If you do not want a “Signature Required” applied to your package please contact us directly after your purchase.
The Law forbids us from sending items marked as a "GIFT" or lower the indicated value.
Canadian buyers be aware, you are subject to applicable government taxes (HST, GST, PST etc.)
Listing price does not include all packaging and handling fees.
Shipments occur within 1-2 working days of cleared payment and we work as hard as possible to get your package dispatched within 24hrs. We do not ship on weekends & major holidays.

If you believe it is a manufacture defect and would like to inquire about a warranty call us at the same number and we can assist in the process. Gear shipments might be directed to us in Mississauaga or some will go direct to the distributor. Depending on the situation, you might be credited the shipping costs.
